Instant Credit Fixes
Changing Paypal Payment Method?plz answer?
I bought an item and it had a pending payment and it still is, so I did some research and many say add a debit/credit card, so I added my debit card and put the 4-digit code in and added it this morning. Why is it not making the instant payment. I thought by adding the card the payments would be istant. Plz tell me what to do or how to fix this or something that can help me.
I ADDED THE CARD THIS MORNING AFTER WAITING 3 DAYS. DO I NEED TO WAIT LIKE 24HOURS BE4 IT LIKE CHANGES THE SETTINGS OR WHATEVER.(NOT YELLING)
